Vessel Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in Vessel (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Enrollment & Commitment

Enrollment in Vessel is a binding commitment. Spaces are limited, and your registration reserves your seat in the Program.

2. Payment Obligations

• You agree to pay the full Program fee as outlined at the time of registration, whether in full or through an approved payment plan.

• If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for ensuring timely payments on all scheduled due dates.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments are non-refundable.

• No credits, transfers, or substitutions will be provided once payment has been made.

4. Default & Course Access

• Failure to make a scheduled payment by the due date will be considered a default.

• In the event of default, your access to the Program (including live sessions, recordings, materials, and community spaces) will be suspended immediately until payment is resolved.

• Continued failure to resolve payment may result in permanent removal from the Program, without refund or reinstatement.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of the Program facilitators. They may not be copied, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

6. Personal Responsibility

Vessel is a program for personal growth and development. You are solely responsible for your participation, decisions, and outcomes. No guarantees of specific results are made.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
