Downloadable Audio Meditations
Meditations for each module, so you can take the work off the page and into your breath, your body, and your day. (Just not in the car. Please don't ever meditate on the road. This isn't that kind of journey.)
Live Weekly Q&A Calls (via Zoom)
Honestly? The best of the course. Think “Dear Abby” meets real life. Participants are baking sourdough, folding laundry, rocking babies, and checking in from work while their deepest questions get answered on the call. We always start with a song, and the conversations go wherever they need to — raw, alive, and deeply, flawsomely human.
Community
Vessel is open to both men and women. For women, there’s an active WhatsApp group where the conversations spill over between sessions, and where real connection happens.
