.001% is Everything

I waited all summer for Vessel to begin again, and it’s already so much more than I could have imagined.
We opened the cohort this morning with a 90-minute Welcome Call, and if you were on it, you know it was the kind of awesome that there are no real words for.
But here are some words (taken straight from the transcripts)
CE, who is joining us for the third time, even wrote in the chat:
“Call was incredible! Before I joined I was thinking, like what will I learn on a Welcome Call if it’s my third round here (and I’ve listened to every single Vessel lecture and Q&A and podcast that has Fally’s name in it) but I always learn something! Can’t wait to teach my kids the hand breathing method!”
I love that our call happened on Rosh Chodesh, the start of a new moon. It already feels like the beginning of something important.
Ninety minutes of laughter, truth, and connection.
We talked about what we’re ready to release… fear, perfectionism, self-doubt, control.
And what we’re ready to welcome in… joy, love, ease, belonging, presence.
A few of us even committed to saying Nishmas together for forty days, starting today. We're already celebrating and thanking Hashem for the growth and miracles we're about to experience.
We committed to supporting each other through being messy. Because we’re going to get messy and make a ton of mistakes. With joy.
I shared how this is not the kind of course where you’re going to get 100% of what you want. Maybe 0.001%.
Like in my case, self-love is one of those things I still struggle with. But I’m excited to share that I’m doing so much better. About 0.001% better than last year.
After that, someone typed this in the chat:
“If you have not improved your self-love by 0.001%, how well does your system work?
Why would anyone listening get better results than you?”
Here is what I wish I had said in that moment.
Even 0.001% is everything.
That tiny movement, that pause before reacting, that one breath before speaking, that second of remembering that you matter, is where real change begins.
The mistake is thinking we’re supposed to do it all at once.
This work is not a magic pill.
It’s an invitation to keep showing up, to notice the smallest shifts, and to celebrate them.
Because the smallest wins are always where the biggest transformations start.
That is what Vessel is about.
It is not about fixing yourself.
It is about being fully here for your own life and realizing that being here is enough.
If you’ve been circling, debating joining Vessel, wondering if it is your time, it can be.
Actually, what I want to say is that it is.
It’s a new moon.
A new month.
A new opportunity.
It’s time.
Make it YOUR time.
Don't take my word for it. Take the famous words of Hillel:

"If I am not for myself, who will be for me?
But if I am only for myself, what am I?
And if not now, when?"
And don't just do it for yourself. When you join, you won't only be changing your life. You'll have the opportunity to enhance the lives of everyone you encounter.
