Missed me in your inbox last week?
I was in an alternate universe.
For real.
Azamra breathwork facilitation training is beyond time. And space. Literally. We ran our training in two adjoining houses. Addresses were 135 and 139.
There is no 137. But we sometimes find ourselves there. Especially mid breath session.
A full international cohort of the most gifted and dedicated facilitators just graduated and I couldn't be more proud. Or exhausted. Or excited.
These are not just breathwork facilitators. These are individuals dedicated to their own growth, their values, and connection with Hashem.
I prayed for this cohort. And Hashem delivered.
A year ago, I asked Hashem to send me the exact people I needed
Not just the people I wanted to train. But the people I wanted to spend my year with. People of compassion, integrity, values. People who would keep me accountable to the standards I've set for myself.
Seeing this cohort graduate means so much more than sending new Azamra breathwork facilitators out into the world. It's a declaration of values. Of everything we stand for.
I wish I could share photos and more details from our last week of training, but confidentiality is a core principle of the space. Instead, I'll share images of some of the handmade rocks that students received at graduation, each with a word reflecting a core element they represented and brought to our training.
As much I’d love to bask in the celebration of it all, we’re already planning our next cohort. The world is waiting and cohort #8 begins
Why cohort 8 if it’s only our third year?
Because I won’t be teaching Azamra breathwork trainings forever. It feels like I have ten cohorts in me at maximum before we level beyond. So we’re counting down.
Applications officially open after Purim, in just fifteen days.
I offered five early slots for people who already know they are joining Azamra's upcoming cohort, and I’m blown away by the response. Those five interviews are already booked - and I woke up this morning still certain I'm dreaming.

I had the opportunity to do a podcast with Yaeli Vogel of Life is Art. Podcasts with me tend to be ADHD and cover way more than I bargained for… this one doesn't fail to deliver.
(And I know, it's shocking to discover I own clothes that aren't hoodies.)
It's amazing that no matter how many of these I do, there's always some new idea or topic to explore. We went all over the map with this conversation, and I can't wait for where it might take you!

It’s Rosh Chodesh Adar today. The new moon of a month of miracles.
If I can end this email with a request - today, Rosh Chodesh, is day 90 that two of my boys are still home with me. They have not yet been accepted to school. While people are applying to preschool and high school for next year, we’re still hoping for a placement this year.
If you could have us in mind on this day where prayers have extra power, we'd so appreciate it.
