Optical Illusions

breathwork event hashem rumors stories Jul 02, 2025

Have you ever spent time with optical illusions, Kindred?

Two faces that might also be a vase?
A rabbit that might be a duck?
A Mordechai that might be an Esther?
Or a dress that’s simultaneously white and gold—and also blue and black?

You stare long enough, and suddenly, what you knew to be true... somehow shifts.

That’s the thing about perception.
Perspective.

What we see, what we believe, and therefore what we know, is shaped by where we stand.
And often, also by who introduced us to the image in the first place.

We humans are storytellers.

People love a good story.

Especially when it costs them nothing.
Especially when it confirms something they already believe... or secretly hoped to.
Especially when the story allows them to sidestep asking the harder questions, like:

Who gains from this version of the truth?

Who feels safer when someone else is being dragged through the dirt?

Who gets to stay in control, unquestioned, when another’s voice is silenced?

Often, the loudest story isn’t the truth.
Often, the most widely believed version of events is simply the most convenient.

The one that protects the people spreading it from having to grow.
From facing their own projections.

It’s easy to believe the first version of a story you hear.
Especially when it fits into something you already feared... or secretly hoped.

But what if the version you’re holding isn’t the whole picture?
What if it was shaped by someone else’s fear?
Or handed to you with just enough spin to keep you from asking the real questions?

What would it take to pause and look again?

Carry whatever story you choose,
but let it be one you'd speak out loud in front of the One who already knows the whole thing.

Because eventually, the roles do flip.
And when they do, you'll want to know you stayed in alignment with what’s real.

And maybe the most dangerous story isn’t even the one we believe about someone else.
Maybe it’s the one we’ve been telling ourselves, quietly, unconsciously, for years.

The one where we’re too much or not enough.
The one where we’re only lovable if we stay small.
The one that was never really true, but we made it feel like home.

Because while the world may get it wrong about you,
Hashem never will.

He’s the One who was there before the edits.
Before the drama.
Before the masks.
Before you learned to survive by being palatable.

He’s the third Parent in the room.
The One who has always known the truth about you,
The one who planted it in you.
And who’s been waiting for you to see it too.

Not to fix it.
Not to prove anything.
Just to walk with you inside it.

He knows the whole story already.
And He cannot wait to hear you tell it as if you finally know it’s yours.

That’s what Emerge is for.

ממעמקים קראתיך ה׳
A calling from the depths.

It’s not a spa day.
It’s not a performance.

It’s a place where you get to look again.
To name and claim what’s true.
So you can stop being at war with yourself just to stay in the good graces of people who never really saw the whole you to begin with.

Emerge happens in just under two weeks.
July 15.

One day.
In the space.
In the water.

In the circle of support you so deeply deserve.

To reclaim the narrative.
To step into your role as the main character in the story of your life.

The water is ready.
And the truth always wins.

Truth has a frequency. Literally.

Coherent frequencies, like truth, love, and integrity, are more stable and enduring than chaotic ones like fear or distortion. That’s physics, not poetry. (I'm a nerd. I really like science.)

Eventually the noise burns itself out.
What’s real resonates. It lands. It lasts.

Emerge is where we stop spinning in the static and start tuning in to what’s actually true.

The body knows. The water reflects.
Truth always wins, because it vibrates too cleanly to be erased.

Come find your frequency. July 15.

Wanna know who's been signing up for Emerge?

Women who are wildly talented but secretly tapped out.
Leaders. Creatives. Mothers. Visionaries.
The ones everyone else leans on, who rarely get a space to lean back.

You don’t have to wait for burnout to begin again.
Come with your cup half full, and leave with it overflowing
