Scared You'll Ignite?

change ignite integrity Jan 06, 2026

There’s a fear I see come up every single year around Ignite.

People don’t usually say it out loud, but it’s there underneath the questions so many of you sent in after my “hand-raiser” email Sunday afternoon.

What if this work destabilizes my life?
What if by joining I open something I can’t close?
What if I see things I can’t unsee?
What if this creates more problems than it solves?

Especially if you’re married. Especially if you’re holding a family. Especially if your life already feels full, fragile, or stretched.

So let’s put it out there.

Ignite is not about blowing up your life.
It’s not about burning things down.
It’s not about making dramatic moves or forcing big decisions.

It’s about containment.

This work is paced and intentional. It’s supportive and here to hold you.
It’s designed for women who live in the real world, not in theory.

Women with marriages. Children. Responsibilities. History. Complexity.

I’ve been doing this work long enough to know that insight without containment is dangerous. Awakening without grounding creates chaos. Truth without timing can harm instead of heal.

Ignite is built with that awareness at its core.

We move slowly. We integrate as we go.
We work with the nervous system, not against it.
We honor your life as it is, not some fantasy version of who you should be.

You won’t be pushed to confront everything at once.
You won’t be encouraged to torch relationships.
You won’t be told that disruption equals growth.

Because change itself isn’t the problem.
Change without safety is.

What you will experience is clarity that actually stabilizes you.
Self-trust that makes you show up more grounded.
Language for your inner world that reduces reactivity instead of amplifying it.

Women move through Ignite feeling more anchored in their lives, not less.
More regulated. More resourced. More capable of holding complexity with grace.

And because you asked, I’m going to be 100% honest here.

Integrity comes at a high cost.
But the cost of living without it is higher.

If you’re asking yourself whether you can trust yourself when you choose to follow me into this work, that tells me (and should tell you,) something important.

It tells me you’re thoughtful. You’re responsible. You understand consequences.

Ignite was built for women like you.

You don’t need to leap.
You don’t need to break anything.

You just need to step into a space that will meet you where you're at.

There’s still time to join us for our welcome call Thursday morning.
Registration closes Friday at chatzos.

In integrity,

-----

When I get asked about the cost for the program, the sense I get is that the real question usually isn’t whether Ignite is “worth it.”

It’s about whether the challenge you’re living with is big enough to require a solution at this level.

Ignite is not a small fix for a small problem. It’s for women who feel the invisible, accumulating cost of living even slightly misaligned. Of managing, coping, holding it together, and telling themselves it’s fine.

This work asks you to assess your life honestly.
Is what you’re navigating something that will resolve on its own?
Or does it require a deeper kind of support, one that changes how you inhabit your inner world and the choices that follow?

If the answer is yes, then Ignite is designed to meet you there with care, containment, and real depth.

We’d love to have you join us.
