Time Travel With Me
Aug 05, 2026
There’s something awesome happening next week, and I want you with me.
Join me live next Wednesday. It’s About Time.
Now that you know what's coming, I’ll tell you some more about the mystery, mayhem and magic you might have been missing out on.
I’ve been quiet about Hypnotherapy Training, preferring to fill the cohort behind the scenes, so you might have missed the memo that it was happening.
But I’m back, and there's so much I want to share.
It took four years to build the program I finally launched last week with the hypnotherapy cohort, and finally stepping into that training space felt like coming home in a very big way.
Hypnotherapy is what I like to call my first love. It was my first foray into the work I do today, and it's still the closest I've ever come to the magic I loved growing up.
I’m a Harry Potter girl, and book three has always had a special place in my heart. Transfiguration. Marauders Map. Time Turners. Patronus charms. Rewriting history. Harry going back in time to save himself.
Who knew the fantasy books of my youth would become the foundation for so much of the magic I get to weave today?
And this training was magic.
The kind that made the room feel suspended outside ordinary time.
The kind where a full cohort convened, carrying entire libraries of memory inside their bodies, and slowly began opening scrolls they didn’t even realize they were still reading from.
The kind where you watch someone return viscerally to a moment, a belief, a decision that shaped a life, and meet a version of themselves still trapped there.
And then make a different choice.
BRB, rewriting history.
There were moments during week of training when I looked around the room and thought, this cannot possibly be my job.
To witness someone find the thread woven through decades.
To watch an old spell break.
To see a memory change shape because the adult exploring it now is no longer the child who first lived it.
To watch the room hold its breath as someone realizes that the rescue they have been waiting for could now come from within.
Honestly, you should be a little jealous.
It was that special.
The stories that shape us are alive within, like the talking, emoting portraits at Hogwarts, continuing to comment from the walls long after the scene itself has come to a close.
They live on like memories trapped in Dumbledore's Pensieve; in the way we interpret what happened, the conclusions we drew, the roles we accepted, the promises we made to ourselves, and the choices we continue making because of them.
And that's why one new moment of awareness can change the meaning of everything that came before.
This is much of the work we do inside Vessel, the course I’ll be teaching this October for the eighth year.
Vessel helps us discover and navigate the inner world we’re already living inside by calling attention to the patterns informing our relationships, our nervous systems, our decisions, our capacity to receive, and the lives we have shaped and continue creating without even realizing it.
It’s About Time is a live, interactive experience designed to help you explore the past you’re still carrying, the future you’re already rehearsing, and the life happening right now.
(No time turner needed)
You’ll understand how the past continues to live inside the body and recognize the future your nervous system is constantly bracing for.
You’ll experience ways to return to the current moment with more awareness, more space, and more choice.
And you’ll begin to see how the past, present, and future are already meeting inside the vessel of who you are becoming.
You’ll come through knowing how to create movement where life has felt stuck, without changing a single thing that already happened.
This will not be recorded.
You need to be there live.
(Unless you have actually mastered time travel, in which case, take me with you please.)
The experience is valued at $250.
Your cost is $1.12.
Why not give it away for free?
Because free is easy to forget.
And because this small exchange is an opportunity to choose something with intention.
Register because you intend to be there.
Make the time.
And invite everyone you know.
Your friend. Your mother. Your brother. Your sister. Your chavrusa. Your therapist. The person you forward all my stuff to anyway. The neighbor who has been curious about this work and is waiting for an invitation.
Send them this email.
Post it in the group.
Bring them with you.
There’s no time like now.

Remember how I said in last week’s email that I was pretty sure the Rebbe’s dollar would show up at exactly the moment I needed it?
The one I'd been hoping to find before surgery four years ago?
The most insane thing happened this week.
I arrived home on Sunday, my four-year remission anniversary, and found the most random piece of mail waiting for me.
A literal dollar.
Look!
Hashem has the most epic sense of loving humor.
Support always has a way of finding us.
Sometimes it travels through the mail.
Sometimes it takes four years.
Sometimes it appears precisely when the story is ready to be understood differently.
If we’re open to receiving.
Time travel indeed.
A story from the past, still alive in my present.
What’s a dollar worth?
