When Spring Sneaks In (And Podcast Episode!)

azamra breathwork change growth podcast spring Apr 15, 2026

The wildest part of coming back after Yom Tov, having been away for almost two weeks, was Spring.

Trees that were bare when I left are suddenly in full bloom. Coats I was convinced would never be put away are somehow already retired. Little elbows and knees are making their appearance, as my little one rediscovers neighborhood kids he hasn't played with in months.

Pesach is Chag ha-Aviv, the holiday of Springtime, and we always laugh ironically about that part. How it’s freezing even though we bought the kids short sleeves for Yom Tov. How we’re so ready for winter to be over, and how it’s dragging on longer than usual this year.

And then somehow, by the time Pesach is over, it actually is Spring. Real Spring. The kind that snuck up quietly while we were busy doing other things.

That’s generally how change works, I think.

Something happens when we interrupt the pattern. When we step away from the life we’ve been living and do something different. We change in subtle ways. And life changes with us.

Something shifted over Pesach. I can’t fully name it. In many ways, not enough changed. Same chaos. Same worries. Same things still waiting for me when I got home.

But also, not exactly.

From the emails I’ve been getting, it sounds like some of you feel it too.

Something opened.

A flutter. A thought. A breath.

The sense that maybe there is more for us than the life we’ve been repeating.

Maybe there’s a deeper version of you waiting. Maybe there’s something in you that’s ready to actually answer the call.

And some of you have reached out asking if there’s still time to apply to Azamra.

A beautifully full class has already come together.

And also, I’ve made the decision to make three more spots available and reopen applications for one more week.

Azamra isn’t for everyone. But if you know, you really know.

Azamra Breathwork is for the person who feels deeply called to this work and wants to spend a year with me learning how to do it well. Growing. Stretching. Deepening. Blooming.

It’s for someone who respects the power of breathwork enough to want real training. Someone who wants to learn how to hold people with care, responsibility, depth, and integrity. Someone teachable. Committed. Serious about becoming the kind of person others can actually trust in the room.

It’s for you if you’re ready.

Ready for a year that asks more of you, for a year that changes you.
Ready to futurecast to next Pesach, when you’ll look back and realize that while life may not have become perfect, you did change.

You grew. Maybe not overnight, but definitely over time.
You opened. Maybe not all at once, but in committed days of showing up.
You became more capable, more grounded, more alive. Maybe on days that felt like joy. And in others that felt like storms.

And you’ll arrive next Pesach, Chag ha-Aviv and know with certainty that you have blossomed.

I’ve seen it over and over. And I can’t wait to see it in you.

Applications are open for one more week, and there are only three spots.

Reply to this email for your application.

Go smell some roses!

This email had already been written and scheduled to go out when Jason van Devere surprised me by letting me know our GoalCrazy podcast episode was just released.

Jason interviews the kinds of entrepreneurs that I've admired most of my adult life... so I was pretty intimidated and surprised when he reached out wanting to have a schmooze with me.

I'm so excited to share it with you.
