40 women, 40 Mystics, and 40 days to Vessel!

I landed back from Chicago at midnight, on 24 hours of absolute adrenaline, completely and utterly wiped, and I don't know that I'll ever truly have the words to describe how our Elul workshop went.
Over 40 women joined me to meet the King in the Field.
A quite literal field, as our event took place in the beautiful Heller Nature Center, with the most stunning trees, fields, and meandering paths.
I got to spend the day with over 40 women who despite living full, busy, complicated lives, set aside the time to learn and grow and understand themselves and Hashem and life a little more deeply.
For many of them, this was their first introduction to some of the work I do and often take for granted.
Constellations.
Breathwork.
Understanding what we’re holding in our bodies.
What it means to elevate our frequency, to become more available for the life we’re asking Hashem for — and to look at all of it through the lens of Torah.
It was beauty beyond words.
I came home shaking from exhaustion but also, so incredibly grateful.
And then this morning my episode with the 18Forty podcast dropped.
We recorded it almost exactly one year ago on Rosh Chodesh Elul.
The episode is part of the 40 Mystics series, and as I watched parts of it back I had this strange experience of watching myself from a year ago, before another entire life altering twelve months unfolded.
There were things that just sort of tumbled out of my mouth in that conversation that I’m incredibly appreciative of a year later.
But if I had to pull out the most important thing I said, maybe the most important thing I know, it’s ridiculously simple.
Be kind.
Really really kind.
To people.
To your children.
To the person whose choices you don’t understand.
To yourself.
I think we’re constantly searching for these giant spiritual secrets and somehow keep walking right past this one.
And one more thing because apparently everything is happening at once over here...
I’m going to reopen early registration for Vessel from Wednesday through Friday.
Vessel isn't a course - It's a whole new world of appreciation and understanding.
It changes how you understand yourself.
How you understand what’s happening around you.
How you appreciate relationships and pain and desire and money and God and the things you keep asking for and why sometimes you can want something desperately and how to become the person who can hold that level of blessing and more.
It’s waking up different.
It’s expanding your capacity.
It’s becoming the Vessel big enough for the life you’ve been praying for.

I have a feeling that’s a pretty good place to begin Elul.
