Even me. (Oh, and Vessel registration closes this Friday.)
A friend sent me a message this morning:
“Your mother told me she's simply in awe of you.”
My response?
“That's it. I can quit therapy now.”
(But please don't actually cancel therapy.)
I meant for it to be funny, but also; after all these years, all this inner work, there's still a little kid inside me who wants to know her mother sees her.
Maybe you know that little one, too.
The part still waiting for approval. For reassurance. For someone to say, I see you. You're doing okay.

Eight weeks of Torah-based inner work exploring self-love, integrity, emotions, shadows, the Higher Self, trauma, manifestation, and thriving.
Through teachings, meditations, journal facilitations, and conversations, we learn to recognize old wounds beneath new arguments. To hear our children's pain without drowning in our own. To bring our actual selves into our relationship with Hashem.
To have more room inside ourselves for life.
Here's what joining Vessel looks like:

Lessons: One prerecorded hour, released Motzei Shabbos at 8 PM Eastern.

Live Q&A: Thursdays, usually 10 AM Eastern (approximately 2 hours 45 minutes). Everything recorded so you can watch when it works for you.

Your pace: Vessel is between 4–10 hours weekly, depending on how deep you choose to go.

Community: Separate men's and women's WhatsApp groups. Mixed Q&A calls, (no required interaction.)

Lifetime Access: The two-month course plus two additional months. Then access closes, but you're welcome back to every future annual cohort, free.

Everyone's welcome: Men, women, ages 18-122. Spouses join free.
Tuition: $1,600 or three payments of $540 ($1,620 total). Sponsorships are unavailable, but reply to discuss extended payments. New participants in the continental U.S. receive a free Heartwork journal mailed to your door.
Registration closes Friday, October 16. Module One begins October 17. Enrollment opens just once a year.
